A few punches, one stamp (Teeny Tiny Sentiments)and one brad and you have a quick card.
These type of cards are great for male cards...simple, not flowery or 'frilly' :)
And they are easy to make several at the same time for those 'surprise' birthdays or occasions that pop up without much warning (like when you turn over the next calendar page to find a heap of early birthdays!)

Here are some more little thank you cards stamped with the new Vintage Vogue stamp set from the Autumn-Winter Mini catalogue. Hmm I must like this colour combo too I think! :) Colours used are the new incolours Soft Suede, Rich Razzleberry and the pretty Orchid Opulence.
Try using some of Stampin' Up's card and envelope packs for quick cards.

Here are some pictures I have meant to post for a while of the Card Organiser we made at a class a little while back.
I often get busy chatting to people that I forget to take pictures of THEIR creations!! I need to rectify this.
So this was my sample. Made from the Stampin' Up! Forget-me-not Keeper, and each of the 12 dividers was allocated a month, and decorated.
Some people were using them to get organised month by month with friends and rellies' cards. Another person was using them to file her photos for the year to make scrapbooking easier.
The second photo shows examples of a couple of embellishment ideas.
Thanks for visiting!

Don't Elegant Eggplant and Old Olive look great together? Here I've used the Stampin' Write Markers to colour the floral stem from the 'Thoughts & Prayers' stamp set for a Get Well Card.
Try using Markers in different ways - the possibilities are endless!

Here are a few slightly different versions of a similar layout. I've used the very pretty 'Asian Artistry' hostess stamp set...check it out on page 5 of the new Autumn-Winter Mini...available only while supplies last.
If you want this stamp set for FREE, just host a workshop or catalogue party and have orders totalling over $600! If you don't have your own demonstrator and would like more information, just phone or email me.
I've used the colours Soft Suede (new), Whisper White, and Encore Gold. I wished I had some Brushed Gold cardstock, but had to make do sponging Encore Gold onto Whisper White for the layer behind the bird stamp...not quite the image I was after, but it had to do! :)
Other items used: circle circus stamp set for the 'paper lantern', gold brad, and linen thread.
Which do you like better?
Thanks for popping by!

Here's a baby boy card using Baja Breeze & Riding Hood Red predominately.
I've used the cute little elephant from the Nursery Necessities stamp set (p61 IB&C), and the sentiment from 'Say It With Scallops' stamp set (p104 IB&C).
The card has been background stamped with Versamark and the star stamp also from Nursery Necessities.
The small library clip is from 'Clips Assortment' (see p148 IB&C), and the buttons are from the Summer mini catalogue.

Here's a simple uncluttered card using the same colour combo as my last post: Summer Sun, Pacific Point & Old Olive.
The white leaf/branch is from the new 2 step bird punch in the Autumn-Winter mini catalogue.
I got the idea from the very creative Evonne - check out her blog for more inspiration!

Last week I showed you my team swaps in the colours Old Olive, Orchid Opulence, & Rich Razzleberry. This was my swap...it's an easel card using the mentioned colours. I had so much fun making it that I made 7 cards (!!) all at the same time.
I've used the Garden Whimsy stamp set, Cottage wall papers, and the scallop edge punch. I've added a touch of Chocolate Chip in the grograin ribbon & sentiment.
This would make a nice Mother's Day card (since Mother's Day is this weekend...)
