Mothers Day has come and gone for another year and I wanted to share a picture of some of the 50 Coffee Satchet Bookmarks a friend & I made for Mothers Day Sunday.
As you can imagine it was quite a production line.
Stamping the teacup & rose x 50
Diecutting the teacup & rose x 50
Watercolouring the roses x 50 in 2 colours & the cup with one colour
Stamping the sentiment x 2 x 50
Punching out the sentiment with a circle punch x 50
Cutting the back sentiment x 50
Cutting the Bookmark x 50
Scoring the back flap x 50
Embossing the front panel x 50
Corner rounder x 2 x 50
and that's all before they were even put together.
Final assembly of all the prepared bits & pieces with the ribbon took 2 hours for 2 of us.
Each bookmark has a back pocket in which we popped a coffee satchet or a teabag.
